  • 1.  Knowledge documents export

    Hello,

     

    Could you please help on How to export only published knowledge articles from all the categories into xml. 

     

    I know we have the export/import template, what should be where clause to keep only published.

     

    But do we have any utility command to export all the published documents in xml. 

     

     

    The idea is to import them in a different tool.

    I think you can use export filter on the export/import template to specify published docs only.

    in the "Additional Filter ", try something like "STATUS_ID=70"

    When we export, the xml will show the id of the attachment and the attachment will be in .gz format in the physical drive. 

     

    How do we open it, since the gz format doesnt support to get the actual image

    Chi_Chen is correct - if you add the additional clause of STATUS_ID=70, this will include only published KT documents
