Is there a way that I can remove Chargeback and Colloboration from Project Default Layout Portlet Page ?

Go to Administration and open Project default layout in Portlet pages

See if unchecking Active on the Tabs tab does the trick.

Two additional things to undertake:

Try 'publish' from the Page: Project Default Layout - aka the first tab on urmas screen shot

Ensure the project you are looking at is using 'Project Default Layout' - if not, set it to Project Default Layout.  Otherwise repeat urmas instructions for the required Portlet Page.

It works only for the project but it is not working for the Project Template that is created. 

Did you create the template after publsih?

Hi, I've just access a Project Template which has a Dashboard View that has disabled 'tabs', and they don't show up when I view the Project Template.

But either way, you are calling this out as an issue, as the template should only be used to Create projects.  If it shows additional tabs, what's this issue?  So long as any new Projects created using the template are correct, it is the Projects which are being used by the PM, not the template.  I may be missing something, so you may have to be clearer on what the issue is.
