    After importing test  cases into rally from a csv file, it completed   but it is not showing up  in the user story  or the test case  tab

    Hi firstname, Are you aware of which project the test cases into?  You can also use the search feature (set work item type to Test Case) to locate the test cases.  I would click on one to see which project it was located in.  It is likely a scoping issue; i.e. you may not have parent projects or child projects enabled, therefore you are unable to see them in your view.  Here's a help page to help understand Project Scoping.  Let us know if that helps or if you are still unable to locate them.
