I'm not seeing anything about this which makes me assume it can't be done. In the JUI, you can open multiple activities windows in a single session. Is there a way to open multiple activities windows tabs in the AWI?
Our operations area likes to have multiple tabs with different filtering on each one. While you can do custom filters and select them from the drop down in the AWI, you essentially lose your place each time you do this. Meaning if I find a specific task in the "Active" filter, when i select another filter and then go back to my "Active" filter, I'm no longer on the task I was before.
The only way I can think to do this is with multiple sessions, which ends up using multiple licenses.
