  • 1.  Log comment on ticket should show somewhere else

    Hi Team

     

    In ticket logs tab. we can see every activity going on over the ticket . We have a requirement when a user log a comment on ticket , that comment will show up somewhere else also NOT only in Logs tab. 

     

    We would like to add custom readonly textbox field before/after summary text field and call that attribute. is it possible?

     

    In logs tab. we can see every activity but we want only log comment text in custom field when a user log a comment.

     

    Please advise

    Please confirm:  are you looking to add a custom field that displays the most recent log comment issued by an end user?

    Aamir, this is the statement for the activities tab

    by modify this you should be able to exclude the "log comment" activity. Thanks _Chi
