Hi Team
In ticket logs tab. we can see every activity going on over the ticket . We have a requirement when a user log a comment on ticket , that comment will show up somewhere else also NOT only in Logs tab.
We would like to add custom readonly textbox field before/after summary text field and call that attribute. is it possible?
In logs tab. we can see every activity but we want only log comment text in custom field when a user log a comment.
Please advise
