hello guys,

i need to craeye pam process to update status of workflow  task in change order after some days 

how i can do tha??

I am not seeing a way to do this.  PAM's communication with Service Desk is through web services.  Here is a list of the available web services I see in Service Desk:

Looks like you can create or delete a workflow but that is all.  You might ask this question in the Service Desk community to see if there is something I might not know from the PAM side.  And if there truly is not a web service to do this, I would suggest creating an idea on the Service Desk side to have added web service functionality to manipulate workflows.

If that doesn't work, check what products you have available on docops.ca.com.  You may need to login to see the Service Desk docs.

The updateObject method can do what you are asking. Here is a screenshot of the dynamic parameters updating a task to Complete:
