I'm curious how people handle stale alarms. What method do you use to evaluate whether to clear them, and what logic is behind it? For example, you don't clear stale link down alarms because xyz, but you do clear authentication failures, because zyx.
Does anyone employ scripts to try to validate the currency of stale alarms (e.g., clearing link downs if link_condition is established)?
