    Hello.

I have installed the solution several times, but I am having a problem seeing it for the first time.

I think there was some mistake during the installation test process, but it is difficult to find the cause.

This following error message occurred during the Gateway operating after installation.

// The meaning of Korean in parentheses in the fourth line is "Permission denied".

    And, This is sspc_0_0.log.

Please find a solution. Thank you.

    ※ installation environment ※

    CentOS 6.9

    java 1.8.0_72

    mysql 5.5

    Gateway 9.1 (software version)

    Hi,

can you check the protection of the files? It should be owned by layer7/layer7 with rw for user and group.

Also make sure, that the directories have the correct permissions. (owned by layer7/gateway)

Actually as you have the software version, the owner could also be gateway/gateway for file and directory

    Hi There,

The Controller logs clearly say "run as user gateway".

    So permission issue for sure.

try the below and see if helps:

Kill any java process you might have up related to the Controller or the Gateway.

    Then run the below:

    su - gateway

    /opt/SecureSpan/Controller/bin/pc.sh start

    /opt/SecureSpan/Gateway/runtime/bin/gateway.sh start

Do let us know if this helped.

    Kind Regards,

    Amit.

Thank you for your kind reply.

    But, unfortunately it didn't work.

(The same goes for "gateway.sh start")

Even though no Java process was alive, it still shows the same symptoms.

Wondering why the log path is starting with "var/logs". Usually this starts with a slash isn't it?
