IHAC that is looking to integrate APM Alerts with ServiceNow.
Started work on shell command action calling a bash script but I was hoping to find a existing solution.

This alert API doesn't exist for on-prem APM, but you may be able use one of the existing APIs listed here: https://docops.ca.com/ca-apm/10-7/en/api-reference
