    Good afternoon:

    Dear as they are, I would like to know if someone has made the integration between service desk and UIM.

     

    Is that I have problems when doing the integration and mapie already the fields that indicated me and still does not generate ticket in SDM.

     

    Could you please help me with some screens or what fields should I map
