  • 1.  Reporting Portal in CAPC like eHealth

    Hi All,

     

    Whether it is possible to customize a reporting portal like ehealth in CAPC ,most of users are raising concerns  in getting trend report in CAPC .Anyone encountered the same issue .Any other alternatives ?

    Did you look at the cabi/jasper reports in CA PM ? That's the closest you can get to eHealth style reports . Alternatively you can look at the different views in CA PM dashboards like Interface Trends dashboard and its views .

     

    Yes, reporting in CA PM is still not as simple as eHealth (for old eHealth users), but we have to live with it as we have no other option.
