  • 1.  CA Servicedesk Current Lock Problem

    Hi,

     

    CA Servicedesk the system locked tickets available and these are considerable numbers.

     

    Error Logs as follows :

     

    ---boplgin 32292 SEVERE_ERROR bpobject.c 5064 Attempt to cast type UNDEFINED_VAL BPData to string 

     

    ---boplgin 32292 ERROR bplhndlr.c 2174 BOPSID_Handler error. Method:checkout_done Error:NO AHD03201:Object bopsid:7660559 not found to checkout

     

    How to solve errror

    1.  If there is a lot of load going on the Animator - which can happen on busy systems, because all Events, Auto-close and anything which can be paused runs through it - then you may wish to consider giving the Animator its own agent.

    You use 14.1?

    There is a known issue USRD3268 

    Maybe you need to open a Support case to receive the fix patch for this issue.
