When the workflow is completed and we are getting a notification "Username@mailserver.com email@example.com". Is there a way that I can change the email address coming from and change the content ?
From SAAS this is the default email address and it won't be possible to change, even though in your process you can use custom from address but action items will continue to pick from CSA.
Is there a way that I can validate in CSA since I am on SaaS? Please provide some light on this.
In SAAS it is set to the email you mentioned and it cannot be changed.
I am not focusing on this email "firstname.lastname@example.org". I am working only on "email@example.com"
In SAAS you cannot change the email server as I mentioned before.
It is working after I update email address " Administrator Niku, PPM Administrator, Process Administrator, Scheduler Scheduler". It is removing the "firstname.lastname@example.org" and it is replacing the email address that I updated.
