But replacing email address without valid email, user will not get the mail. What is the use case you are trying to achieve

Hi Suman,
It is working after I update email address " Administrator Niku, PPM Administrator, Process Administrator, Scheduler Scheduler". It is removing the "username@mailserver.com" and it is replacing the email address that I updated.
