Does anyone use Remote Desktop to admin automation point?  We used to use VMware to admin automation point but recently started using remote desktop and we have run into issues where automation point actually comes down every couple of days with the following message: 
Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The applications or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards.

Just wondering ..

Hi Randy,

What version are you running of CA AP. We know there are some memory issues at CA AP release 11.5 SP3.

If you are running the base SP3 of r11.5, you should install PATCH 3 of r11.5 SP3..

This patch will resolve the memory issue...

If you are not at SP3 of r11.5, then please open a case at CA Support and let us investigate the cause of the case..

Hi Randy,

You are currently running CA AP r11.5 SP3 patch 2.... 

And patch 3 includes these changes :

Fixes included in 11.5.3.3 (Problem #: 756):

- 01182801 - Fixed an error causing Recycle OPS command to never finish.

- 01194610 - Fixed a memory handle leak in logging mechanism, which could cause issues with log file rolling and could lead to a crash.

So, please apply patch 3. It should solve your memory issue..
