A prospective customer, based in the UK, is looking at CA Service Desk. When they saw that the web interface was launched via an executable (pdmweb.exe) they said that this was not allowed according to the GDPR regulations. Can anyone confirm this please?
If they are correct what is our alternative? They said that web apps need to be launched via *.html
