We have a scenario wherein, triggering of notification should be disabled for a particular user.
As per current configurations, for new ticket creation, ticket updates, log comments, ticket closure a notification is triggered to the group. This user is part of 30 groups and hence she is getting lot of emails. Is there any way to disable notifications for this user?
What I understand is we can remove the notification methods for each level, but in this case she wouldn't receive mails even when she raises a ticket.
