    We wanted to know the limitation of the approach of configuring multiple agent configurations for application pools as mentioned in the below link.

    There is no limitations OR drawback of using this feature. Infact this was one of the most highly requested features back in the day. The benefit are significant as you can manage each website with its own app pool and WebAgent Configuration.

     

    Do you have any specific concerns OR pointed questions that you'd like to be clarified ?
