    I would like to ask if it is possible through Support Automation to send scripts to the computers, in the same way to know if it is possible to obtain the information of them (computers) in real time.

    Carlos,

     

    You can create an automated task to perform this type of function. Anything that can be scripted in vbscript or javascript can be automated.
