Hi All,
We have 2 DMZ servers which are in Active-Active Load balancer configuration.I am observing that robot communication is only happening one server at a time which is strange.
Also on one server it says "Failed to retrieve information about robot at controller" I am still able to pull out live performance reports for this server.How is this possible when the communication with the robot is not happening ?? we have observed telnet is happening from hub to robot and viceversa an opened the ports between 48000-48060.
can someone help??
