When we open client 0 after upgrading from 10 to 12, we don't have anything. How do we get the client 0 information on the AWI?

I found this in knowledge base and logged onto the interface and updated our users and it worked! Thanks
· I used another user and logged in to view the permission set for my TEST2/LUL2 user.

Thank You very much @Luu Le I really appreciate your help. You Hint helped a lot. I used the UserInterface and added the permissions of the user and I could log in as the user into Client 0.

Can you please clarify what you mean when you say you don't have anything? Do you mean you can successfully login to client 0 but you don't see anything? Since you are coming from version 10 you should know that the AWI uses perspectives. The perspectives give you access to the content in the client.
System Overview is found in the Administrator perspective
Activity WIndow is found in the Process Monitoring perspective
Folders are located in the Process Assembly perspective
Thanks so much for the response. Yes, I mean I can log on, but am unable to see anything or do anything. I found some info in the knowledge base talking about security. I changed the security of the group I am in, but still the same results.
