  • 1.  Password Rotation Job disappeared

    Hi,

     

    We had credential manager issue in our Primary nodes. We have 3 primary and 3 secondary nodes in cluster. And due to credential manager issue in all the primary instance, we were unable to login to any of the primary node. that said we had to promote secondary site to the primary and rebooted the cluster. After this the cluster came up fine but all the scheduled jobs which was created for password verify and rotation are lost. we can't see them anymore on screen. Getting below error on scheduled job screen - 

    errorError: PAM-CM-0572: An error occurred; if this problem persists then please ask your Administrator to investigate.
    Please let us know how to resolve this. this is very critical at this time.

    Bipin,

     

    This is a know defect, and please open a case.

    You will need an Engineer to access through SSH and fix this manually.

    Cluster needs to be stopped, Primary node needs to have some work done on one of the tables and then cluster is resynced to distribute the database again to all nodes.

     

    Engineering is working on this defect already but we dont have a timeframe for a fix yet,
