Hi All Experts,

We are Using CA UIM SaaS, also we installed relay hub on windows server 2012, aslo we one installed a robot manually under relay hub.

We are using Below below URL to configure RSP Probe.

RSP self monitoring is happening with which the robot we deployed.

For  Example we are getting data for Nimsoft Robot Watcher  NTservices.

However this monitoring is happening only with agent based.

Suppose we want to monitor another WMI and SSH based device (agent less), how will do that kindly suggest.

Hi Dharmender,

Once the RSP probe (a robot), you can remotely monitor from there.

If you go to that Device, select the "Gear" on the top right.

Look for "Setup RSP" and "Remote System Monitoring"

From there you should be able to set up SSH and WMI profiles.

Thank you very much for your response !!

But we have more quires about RSP.

We are getting RSP data only for host on which robot is deployed.

However we create another Setup RSP profile, using WMI protocol, the profile is showing in active state also.

After that we checked dashboard.

We are not able to see any data for newly added WMI device, also their sub profile is in OK state.

Dashboard for Disk only one Device is showing, on which robot is deployed, also RSP is running, there is no new WMI device, there is no disk.

Dashboard for State only one Device is showing, on which robot is deployed, also RSP is running, there is no new WMI device, there is no new NT Service Availability, in component.

So can you please let me know how we will enable, Agent less (WMI, SSH) using SaaS RSP probe.
