UIM 8.51 on windows 2008R2. My baseline_engine probe is always queued up. what is the resolution to remove them from queuing?

I have 1 primary, 1 secondary hub, 1 UMP/reporter and 1 DB. Servers monitored are around 600. Pls help

Let me know if more details required.

    Hi,

Would suggest you to check out the below link:

    https://comm.support.ca.com/kb/baselineengineqosmessage-queue-is-piling-up-and-is-yellow-in-the-hub-queue/kb000004425

If the issue still exists after following the above link, might be worth increasing the baseline engine probe memory (check if there is free memory available)

    Note:

The below procedure will restart baseline_engine probe

From Infrastructure Manager -> Open the baseline_engine probe in Raw Configure Mode (press the shift key and right click the baseline_engine probe -> select Raw Configure) -> expand startup on the left side (click the + icon) -> select opt

-> click on java_mem_max -> click on Edit Key -> Replace the default value -Xmx1024m with -Xmx2048m (or) -Xmx3096m

-> click on java_mem_init -> click on Edit Key -> Replace the existing default value -Xms64m with -Xmx512m (or) -Xmx1024m

    Click on Apply and OK

    All the best!
