  • 1.  communities.ca.com reuqires logging in twice

    Posted Nov 20, 2018 09:21 AM

When my session with communities.ca.com times out and I click on a link to a community or discussion, the site indicates that I am no longer logged in by showing the Log In link. When I click this link, it redirects me to the login page. After I log in, instead of being taken back to the referring page (the one I was trying to visit), the site simply displays a blank page (blank except for the header and footer that is).

When I then return to the original link again, it still appears as though I am logged out. Refreshing the page does not change this.

Only once I click the Log In link again am I finally logged in taken to the page I requested.

It used to work fine. I hope this can be fixed.

    Hi Michael,

This could possibly be a browser / caching problem. Try clearing out the cache on the browser and let us know if it happens again afterwards. We can open a ticket for you and troubleshoot further if needed.

    Thank you!

    Kevin

I cleared my cache and cookies, but this did not improve things.
