  • 1.  Ldap Import Error

    Am getting  below error while running pdm_ldap_test or pdm_ldap_import

    Error Message: pdm_ldap_import: Method got_record in Ldap_Catcher failed (ldap_get_next_page() error: (Unavailable Critical Extension))

    Hi,

     

    Looks you have issue with CA Service Desk Manager, you have raised question in CA UIM Community, the below could help you:

     

    pdm_ldap_import errors out with "Method got_record - CA Knowledge

    Pranaam, what is the exact arguments you used for pdm_ldap_import? You may try use where clause to limit the import to only a couple of records and see what happens. Thanks _Chi
