DX NetOps

i want to edit element configuration Cisco devices
CISCO CSR-8/S-B i want to replace 8/S with 8-S it was successfully edited at CA spectrum end 
but i got no way to edit it on CA Ehealth

urgent support is required because its effecting my infrastructure.............

What exactly is the request? I do not understand. 

i just want to change the model type of NE's on ehealth, as we have option in CA Spectrum by clicking set  we can change the model type, device name and community string but in CA Ehealth i don't know how to do it......

What field are you seeing the model type under?

Was this able to resolved? Is an answer to the follow up question from K K available?

ya i just found it by myself it was shown in interface detail not against device. but i got my answer
