    If you could tell me where I can find documentation regarding compatibility between Identity Manager 14.2 and Active Directory 2019, I'd really appreciate it

    You could find IDM 14.2 platform support matrix here -  Platform Support Matrix - CA Identity Manager - 14.2 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    I am not sure whether AD 2019 is GA or not, but as per the platform support matrix (As of 11/22/2018) AD 2016 is the latest supported by IDM 14.2.
