    Hi Team,

     

    We have an issue that a User is inactive in the Clubcorp system but is still recieving emails from appwrx1t@clubcorp.com in the form of automatic Email notification and need to setup a mechanism so that the flow of .

    emails are stopped. This issue is being faced in Appworx UC4 v8.

    Once you've established what notification is sending the emails, you can remove the email address by editing the Email Recipients field  in the Notification:

    Hi Cory,

     

    We have removed the User Robert.Ayala@clubcorp.com from complete Appworx Environment (PRODCORP/QACORP/DEVCORP) as well as all the notifications in all the Environments but emails are still being sent from appwrx1t@clubcorp.com to this email that is being conveyed from one of the Team members and is shown in the Email relay logs . The email appwrx1t@clubcorp.com is the email address is the email address that sends the log file from the Agent/Server.

     

    Kindly assist us what can be the best process that can be followed in this case so this issue can be fixed permanently.
