What error you see in the APP CA log, can you upload without SSO in NEW UX?

Yes, it is allowing to upload with SSO disabled, when we directly log into application server

SRCH-02001 - This error is break point and we have tech doc "SRCH-02001: Error while retrieving search content - CA Knowledge . Are you sure you have file system set up properly in all of your clusters?

Suman, we have followed this document and implemented all the steps mentioned.

If there is any issue with file system set up, it should have failed in classic as well as with SSO disabled.

It could be while testing you landed up on a app server which had correct file store set up, so its worth to check again and if its all the same then we might have to check by each server on SSO and see where its breaking. If you still need help you can log a support case

For troubleshooting, we are working only with single server with SSO enabled, rest all servers are down and request will go to the single server
