  • 1.  Closing a Problem will close all related incidents?

    Hi Team!

     

    We can set an option to close all related incidents (children), when a parent Incident is closed.

    Will it work as the same for Problem x related Incidents relationship?

    According my tests and customer env, when he close a problem, the related incidents won't close. They will keep open.

    Is that way to make the related incidents being automatically closed when the parent PROBLEM is closed?

     

    We already looked at the @NX_TICKET_REL=Yes and leave_children_open option is uninstalled.

    It seems that the related incidents won't be closed when the relationship is with Problem.

    Sheila, if I am not mistaken, cross-type child-parent relationship does not apply for those options...that is, closing "parent" problem will not close "child" incidents. Maybe submitting an idea to add options for cross-type child-parent relationships? Thanks _Chi
