  • 1.  Error AHD05519: Error in MDB Registration: (Cora not initialized yet!)

    We are on CASDM 12.9 and we recent migrated to new servers in a new database center. We are now getting "Error AHD05519: Error in MDB Registration: (Cora not initialized yet!)" when end users are trying to modify and create new config items. I found this knowledge document https://communities.ca.com/docs/DOC-231150515 which references Coracleanup is distributed via Test Fix but no link and I cannot find it. I also found this UNABLE TO CREATE CONFIGURATION ITEMS but it is not for 12.9. Has anyone run into this and could help?

    You will need to open a CA Support case to obtain the CORA Cleanup utility for SDM 12.9.

    Yes, I did. CA provided the CORA cleanup tool for our version and the issue is resolved.
