CA Service Management

Hi Team,

We are using CA SD r14.1 and CABI, we have a crystal report in CA BI named MTTR-MTTA (under CA Report->Incident->Effectiveness) and had below queries regarding this report:

1. Can we edit/view the query written for this crystal report?

2. Add more drop down values for Time Period (like Last Year, custom date range etc)

3. Physical path of the report.

Please note I don't have much experience in CA BI.

You can edit Crystal reports using Crystal Reports Developer/Designer software, which we do not provide as part of the CABI 4.x images in SM.  You need to purchase that separately from SAP. 

Once you have the tool, you could edit pretty much all the reports and customize them.  It may not be as easy as ours are based off of a universe, but it can be done
