Good morning,In my APM CEM records has 10% of http errors 500 that arrive. Is there a possibility to know what is registering? I´m comparing with Elastics Search logs and there is a lot of difference. Can we know what is registering?
I´m needing as you get more detail of what you collect. What is the procedure of capturing those few 500 errors that appear? How can I debug and see detail of what is quantifying?

    Thanks

    Marcelo

    Dear Marcelo:

I created some KBs a while back on undercounts . You may have to do a PCAP (from TIM)  analysis and compare with the app server/web server traffic

    Check for SSL decode errors

Check if filtering out traffic (Are there some IP addresses not showing up?

Check for network traffic integrity issues

The 500 error is turned on by default under defects. Turning on logging for defects (but will impact TIM performance will give you more detail

Failing that please open a case
