Hi,

I their any probe support from ca to monitor Maria DB database.

I have checked some communities discussion over the same and it is suggested that it could be done from mysql probe.

Is their any probe or support from CA from the same is present?

Also if we configure using mysql probe we need  to follow same pre-req for maria db as well?

this says it is oracle compatible.

So I would not think the mysql probe would work.

As the oracle probe requires the oracle client to connect, unless you can use an oracle client to connect to this database I would think this would be out as well.

the only probes I can suggest would be the

jdbc_response probe

sql_response probe.

or possible the sqlserver probe using odbc and custom queries.

there will probably be nothing OOTB you will be able to use.

For now we are able to monitor the same with the help of mysql probe and its working.
