Automic Workload Automation

We have around 6 - 7 clients on one engine . These are both DEV and TEST environments. From last few days, I have been noticing slow response when I try to open the statistics of a job, search for one and edit, open the schedule etc basically trying to open anything.

It is sometimes stuck while opening and I have to log off and log back in.

Checked at the DB side , on the server, started and stopped the agents and processes and it still the same.

There are two CP's and they show 26 and 12 connections each. They never go down.

We are using AE Version 12.0.4.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Hey Shravani,

Is this slow with the Java GUI or with the AWI? If its the AWI I would see if you can reproduce the with the JAVA GUI if you haven't. Would be an easy test to isolate the issue.

If its slow using the JAVA GUI we would need to see the WP logs. An assumption would be long running get statistics and refresh monitor server routines in the log files.

If its slow with the AWI but not the Java GUI we would need to see the AWI logs.

I did not test this with AWI. Will do it now. and I will gather the logs from WP logs.
