    Hi,

We have to configure some Oracle connection using PAM authentication. Now we are using SQLTools for this purpose. Follows the connection string that we actually use:

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\SQLTools 1.8\SQLTools.exe" /c=<User>/<Password>@<Local IP>:<First Port>/<Device Name>"

At the moment in <Device Name> parameter we have to specify the Oracle schema name, and not the host name, in order to make it works. This configurartion lmiting our works, we have a lot of shema on the same Device, and we can't configure more than one device with the same IP.
How can we pass Oracle schema in connection string?

There is a list of variable that we can use in connection string?

    BR

    Hello Marco,

CA PAM TCP Services do not allow definition of dynamic variables where e.g. you could reference the schema name.

Currently I do not see any other way to define several TCP Services, one for each schema you want to connect to.

I suggest you open an Idea in this forum to introduce custom / dynamic variables for TCP Services for Product Management consideration.
