I Need to confirm if all content we create is owned y the client? If their is a link to a page that outlines this, that would be perfect.

With regards to your question, I'm not sure if I understand what your concern would be therefore I'd appreciate if you could clarify what exactly you mean by "all content we create is owned by the client?" ? 

When you create a Work Item in the Agile Central by default the Owner of this Work Item is the one who creates it however you can change it accordingly.

Hi Denis,  Are you referring to ownership of the data?  As in when a customer leaves, can they take it with them or does CA assume ownership?  That type of "ownership"?  Are you talking about custom Apps written by the customer?  Please give us some context around your question so that we know how to answer most directly.
