Has something happened with the CA product chat support?
It appears to have been in a gray state for sometime now. Is this new? Is this feature returning?
Starting November 19, 2018, the Chat support channel was discontinued until further notice.
We are currently evaluating our support offerings including methods of contacting and working with support. Please be aware that our standard assisted channels are always available as are our extensive knowledge base and user communities.

As unfortunate as that is that is not something your team has control over. Will ask questions through different channels.
