    Hi Team

     

    We are getting trouble login in ca axa

    we are getting tenant id is invalid error

    can anyone help me on where i can find the tenant id of axa what is the location of that file

    Hi Imran,

    If you login into AXA as a Global Administrator (using tenant "defaultorg") I think you should be able to obtain this information

    Hi Imran,

    Can you try the following steps?

    1. Log in to CA App Experience Analytics as Global Admin using tenant as "defaultorg".

    2. Navigate to the MANAGE APPS page.

    3. Click on your App Name.

    4. Open the Web App tab. The snippet that is displayed includes the tenant ID (tenantId:<tenantID>).

    Hi Imran,

    Were you able to login to AXA? If yes, then you will find MANAGE APPS on the left (navigation pane).
