We have enabled Auto Assignment based and group auto assign based on users location. and once the ticket create by end user, assignee field also populate but every time the assignee is different (exist in the group )of the same location.
when a ticket logged by end user and user is from -Pakistan Location- , the group is being assigned to Pakistan group automatically. and thats fine for us. But Pakistan group contain 7 members. and everytime the ticket create for the same location everytime assignee is different. we need to fix the assignee so that when ever pakistan group assigned, the ticket assigned to specific analyst only everytime.
