Is it possible to export and import the assignment of the agents in the different environments of an application?
I am migrating applications from a server with version 6.3 to a new server version 6.5 using zip files generated from the export / import option but I have to assign the agents manually in each environment and it is really tedious. This added to that I also have to manually re-create all the users of the oldest installation with the corresponding groups and permissions because according to what they indicated here, it is not possible to export and import users between the two installations.
Are there no tools to copy these configurations between servers?

I searched knowledge internally, but I could not find any solutions for your requirement.

I think that agents and environments have different IDs in database between source and destination server even if their name is same. 

If you need, please raise an idea in this community.
