    Hi Chris,
    As mentioned in our email correspondence, we are in the process of determining schedules for upcoming user group / technical conferences - more to come on this topic.
    Other educational opportunities...  we just wrapped up an CA IDMS educational webseries (Database Maintenance) delivered by Dick Weiland.  We are planning another round in the Feb/March timeframe and certainly welcome suggestions from you and the user community on topics of interest.
