Enterprise Management installation failed with "Windows DLL failed to load..."

    Hi,

     

    I tried to install CA PAM SC 14.1 on Windows Server 2016 (is listed as supported OS). But I was unsuccessfull.

    3rd party software finished successfully. Enterprise Management didn't. Screenshot of this error:

     

     

    Seems like the same as 516461  so I think that this Windows is in reality not supported... Have anybody some idea? Unfortunately there are no further information.

    Hello Lukas,

     

    Please try

     

    open a command prompt, and set this environment variable for Java:
    SET JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS="-Dos.name=Windows 7"

    and then run the installer on this prompt

     

    Please let me know if it is working.

    If it is not working please open a formal Support Case with us
