Problem with Service Desk CI Detail Page

Yesterday I installed Kaspersky Free Antivirus in my Windows 10 machine.

After that, opening the CI detail page was not complete.

The system is not showing the superior part of page where we can find CI name, Mac Address and so on.

I tryed to open in all browsers (Chrome, IE, Edge and Firefox Portable).

Someone already experienced something like this?

I´m using SDM 17.1 RU1.
