  • 1.  Reinstall corrupted cam into a DM

    Hi all,

     

    I'm trying to reinstall the cam service into a domain manager following this techdoc but i can't proceed due to the following message "The installed version of CA Message Queuing (v1.14__0004__0000) is at least as recent as the version to be installed (v1.14__0004__0000)."

    Does anyone knows how to acomplish this task?

    note. I've already tried remove cam kb000011109 but dependent application have to keep installed. (In this case the domain manager itself)

    Move the %cai_msq%\camclient.cfg to the desktop or another temporary location, and then try the uninstall.  It shouldn't find any dependencies with the client file missing.  Once reinstalled, restore the camclient.cfg and recycle all components (CAM and CSAM).

    Removing the camclient .cfg i sucessfully unninstall the cam service.
