  • 1.  Not able to see Assigned Task in modern user exp

    After enabling modern user experience, we are seeing below issue -

     

    When users click on timesheet, some are able to see only Work to Timesheet tab and not able to view Assigned Tasks tab. This is happening when user has all set up in place -

     

    task assigned

    task open for time entry

    task duration valid

    resource active/open for TE

    project active/open for TE

     

    Also, after clicking on create timesheet and using assigned task filter, we are able to see all the tasks filtered out.. Not sure what is causing it to not display during CREATE TIMESHEET

    Hello Piyush,

    I need more information, can you show a screenshot? 

    Is the user assigned tasks for the current period?

    Does the user have a hire date or termination date before or after the period?

    And look specifically at the time frame they are "assigned" the task (on the Task page, in the Assignment section) versus the time frame they are "allocated" to the project.

    This was resolved. For the assigned task to show in modern user exp, etc should be non-zero.

     

    However, this was not the case with classic.

    Yes, and in Modern Timesheets, it does not support indirect time entries and incident time entries.
