Got this message when attempting to test a workflow imported from OneAutomation version 9.3 to AWA v12.1.2. Does this mean this workflow will only run on ARA?

AE version 9.3 did never exist - suppose you mean v9 SP3.
According to the error message is looks like that the an object within the workflow uses ARA functionallity.
Yes, it was SP3.
After transporting the workflow a second time from version 9 to version 12 it now functions as expected. I'm guessing there may have been some corruption introduced to the file during the first transport attempt, resulting in the workflow error message.

The resolution is that they will provide a query to set the flag back to a proper value.
