USER LOGIN GETS JBWEB000065 Http Status 500 Internal Error

    Hi, 

    We are on SaaS Environment. User logged through SSO to CA PPM portal and user is getting JBWEB000065 Http Status 500 Internal Error. Any Idea

    All users or a particular user?

    Has the particular user logged in before? (or is it a brand new user?)

    'Internal Error' usually means go and look at the application log files for more information - have you done that?

     

    (just things to think about - probably need technical support I would think)

    It is happening only for particular user.

    Can you check the etc/host file of the user machine and compare that with working customer. It looks like some DNS issue

    c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts;

    It looks same. No difference.

    Thank you Suman!. I found out the email address associated to the account was incorrect and ended up with this issue.

    Suman, some of the users are getting the same error: 

    JBWEB000065: HTTP Status 500 - Internal Error occured while trying to process the request. Transaction ID: 255ff4a4-5c81800a-5809f8ca-04070e9b-89117e65-203 failed.

    JBWEB000309: type JBWEB000067: Status report

    JBWEB000068: message Internal Error occured while trying to process the request. Transaction ID: 255ff4a4-5c81800a-5809f8ca-04070e9b-89117e65-203 failed.

    JBWEB000069: description JBWEB000145: The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.


    Raised a CA case,20307501

    I checked all the properties everything is okay. Not able to see any logs.

    Your support ticket is worked on and from what i understand there is change in domain and hence SAML requests are breaking.
