We are on SaaS Environment. User logged through SSO to CA PPM portal and user is getting JBWEB000065 Http Status 500 Internal Error. Any Idea
Thank you Suman!. I found out the email address associated to the account was incorrect and ended up with this issue.
All users or a particular user?
Has the particular user logged in before? (or is it a brand new user?)
'Internal Error' usually means go and look at the application log files for more information - have you done that?
(just things to think about - probably need technical support I would think)

Can you check the etc/host file of the user machine and compare that with working customer. It looks like some DNS issue
