  • 1.  CA PPM 15.5.1 Status Report Preview API-1019

    Hi,

     

    I have recently upgraded CAPPM from 15.5.0 Patch 1 to 15.5.1 and now all works fine except in the new UX

    that Status option inside projects.

     

    When you click Preview button that generate that pdf file, it shows :

    API-1019 : Could not process the request due to internal error.

     

    I updated csk and all the addins are updated..

    Can someone can help me?

    Hi Blas,

    The  API-1019 error is pretty generic.

    Check the app-ca.log file to see what the trace behind the error is.

    The error is very generic and it would be useful to let us know if you have SSO or its non SSO and is this happening with one project or all the project and also if you can share the logs and browser trace.
