Does IM support the ability to initiate access certification in IG based on events (e.g. policy violations) in IM? Is there a way to support this?

If the violation is detected using Policy xpress then you can trigger a web services call to IG to start a certification.

However, if it is a violation, then I would recommend opening a help desk ticket for the security team to investigate the event because somebody is not following the rules.
